Dr. Patrick James is the Professor Emeritus of International Relations at the University of Southern California. He will help us understand the story of the Russo-Ukrainian War, using a graphic presentation of the conflict. Westlake 116 at Bradley University. This event is free and open to the public.

Russo-Ukraine War: Virtual International Relations Project

Considering various theories of international relations, Dr. Patrick James will explore the on-going war in Ukraine.
