Melanie Sisson is a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institute in the Talbott Center for Security, Strategy, and Technology. Her work focuses on the integration of artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities into warfighting and enterprise operations at the US Department of Defense.

Dr. Sisson is frequently called upon to discuss trade, foreign policy, the Belt and Road Initiative, and China's military ambitions. This program, based on her recent book with the same title, will discuss the rising tensions between the US and China over these issues.
