Bradley University - Join us next Thursday, March 19th @ 7:00 PM where the Peoria Area World Affairs Council will be virtually hosting Iran & Middle East expert, Alex Vatanka. Vatanka, is a senior fellow at the Middle East Institute. This program is FREE & open to the public. Attendees must first register online to get the link to the Zoom meeting. The program is entitled Battle of the Ayatollahs: Iran's Foreign Policy Agenda, in part after Vatanka's book, but also as this program will look at the current conflict that we are seeing in the Middle East through the lens of recapping Iran's foreign policy since 1979.

This program especially could appeal to students, as this program will not only make sense of what we are seeing in the headlines, but recap a portion of history that often isn't covered in classroom history classes.
