It is with deep sadness that we wanted to share about the passing of one of the Peoria Area World Affairs Council's founding members, Elmo "Joe" Roach. Elmo joined PAWAC while teaching history at Bradley University. He continued educating Central Illinois late into life through his involvement with OLLI. "Joe" will be missed by PAWAC & those who he taught here in Central Illinois. Our thoughts go out to his family at this time.
