September 1, 2023 - The Peoria Area World Affairs Council is excited to announce the election of the following members to the PAWAC Board of Directors:
Laura works in HR at Carle Health. Lawrence is the CEO of Enercon Engineering, Inc. in East Peoria. Trevor is the Operations Manager for BuzzerSystems.com. Most notably, Trevor is alum of the PAWAC International Scholastic Bowl, having gone out to Washington, D.C. as apart of the All Tournament Team in 2014.
Laura and Trevor will be joining the Board as officers also filling both the roles of Treasurer and Secretary respectively.
Conrad Stinnett will be assuming the role of President of the Board for 2023-24, with Leslie Murphy being elected to serve as President-Elect. PAWAC congratulates Julia Ghantous on a successful 2022-23 term as President of the Board.
